The practitioner, through his\/her own attitude and within a warm and empathetic relationship, enables the consulting individual to be at peace with his\/her true self.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 3&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]Relinquishing any attitude of power over another, the PBA practitioner is personally involved in the practice, with the consent of the consulting individual. He\/she accepts no transfer or projection, on the principles of autonomy, authenticity and compassion.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 4&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The PBA practitioner will respect the person seeking help, being careful not to verbalize certain blockages that could undermine the individual. He\/she refrains from being intrusive in searching for the causes of blockages. He\/she makes sure not to judge, blame or make the consulting individual feel guilty. He\/she expresses him\/herself clearly and precisely to provide the patient with the best possible understanding. He\/she strives to explain to the person as best as possible the impact that the blockage he\/she is experiencing may have on his or her life.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 5&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The practitioner refrains from interpreting the changes experienced by the consulting individual, especially during the dialogue following the exercise, letting the consulting individual benefit from his\/her own growth. He\/she avoids any interference.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 6&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The Psycho-Bio-Acupressure practitioner agrees to practise PBA as taught by its creator, Dr. Pierre-No\u00ebl Delatte, or another trainer certified by him, and will not use any other techniques, such as positive visualizations, EMDR, hypnosis, psychogenealogy, Reiki, EFT, etc. under the guise of PBA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strict adherence to the PBA session process developed by Dr. Pierre-No\u00ebl Delatte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A PBA session must be carried out in two steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The first step is to rebalance the patient\u2019s energy system by using five acupressure point circuits to promote the flow of energy to counterbalance energies that may be perturbing him or her (anger, depression, obsession, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>The second step is to make use of the person\u2019s good energy state (release of endorphins in the brain) to determine, by way of a special technique based on pulse analysis, the emotional (energy) blockages that may be affecting him\/her (for example, fears of being rejected, or not being good enough, wounds related to abandonment, loss of a loved one or sexual trauma).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is therefore a special technique based, on the one hand on analysis of the person\u2019s pulse and, on the other, use of the practitioner\u2019s intuition.<\/p>\n<p>The practitioner\u2019s verbalization of these blockages when the brain is filled with endorphins allows them to be expelled painlessly from the zone of the brain where they are trapped (amygdala and hippocampus), at which point they are captured by the prefrontal cortex, whose role is to release emotions.<\/p>\n<p>This release is permanent, quick and painless, provided that certain conditions are met; in particular that the person in question does not go back to the unhealthy situation or revisit the past.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 7&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]PBA is a practice based on quantum physics; therefore, the PBA practitioner must refrain from using any reference to esotericism and any ancillary material (e.g., pendulum, crystal ball, etc.). Failure to comply with this rule alone may result in the expulsion of the member in question from Institut Delatte.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 8&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The practitioner respects the ethical principles of the profession, and provides no diagnosis of pathology or medical prescription unless he\/she is a doctor. He\/she respects any prescriptions given by the treating physician as well as the practices of other health professional with which he\/she collaborates.<\/p>\n<p>He\/she refrains from interrupting or modifying a medical treatment.<\/p>\n<p>He\/she refrains from taking or having the consulting individual take any risks. In particular, he\/she refers to a specialist any person whose condition appears to be outside his\/her realm of expertise, especially if this state may be life-threatening for the consulting individual (serious depression with risk of suicide, anorexia nervosa with weight loss worsening from one session to another, and so on).[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 9&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The PBA practitioner undertakes to stringently respect the confidentiality of all the information collected, in particular with regard to the private life and emotional blockages of the person met with as part of his\/her PBA practice. This confidentiality is an essential part of practising PBA.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to comply with this rule alone may result in the expulsion of the member from Institut Delatte.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 10&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The PBA practitioner agrees not to use the trust established for purposes of political, sectarian or personal manipulation (emotional dependence, economic interests, sexual relations, and so on).[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 11&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]To ensure the confidentiality of the exchanges, the PBA practitioner refrains from carrying out a PBA session in the presence of the spouse. Moreover, he\/she undertakes to be very mindful of the verbalization of blockages found when a parent attends a session with a child.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 12&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The PBA practitioner has the right to not start or to interrupt work for professional or personal reasons. He\/she may refer the patient in question to another PBA practitioner.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 13&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]A list of PBA practitioners, indicating the sector in which each one practises, is maintained by the institute\u2019s secretariat. No one may claim to be practising as a PBA practitioner if he\/she is not listed. No practitioner shall be kept on the list if they are not up to date with their membership and if they have not regularly been retrained in accordance with the provisions of the regulation.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 14&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The PBA practitioner takes responsibility, according to his\/her level, for the correct dissemination of knowledge concerning the discipline and its promotion in the broadest circles. He\/she keeps abreast of the development of this science and art, participates in retraining, knowing that initial training cannot be regarded as a skill acquired for life and that a retraining process is necessary to update his\/her knowledge.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 15&#8243; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]PBA practitioners can request the help of the institute to organize special days, conferences and new activities. Each practitioner is encouraged to publish his\/her experiences and research in the federation newsletter or on its website.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 16 &#8211; Advertising&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The best advertising is word of mouth; therefore, the PBA practitioner must avoid any obtrusive advertising, under penalty of disciplinary action by the institute\u2019s Disciplinary Committee.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 17 &#8211; Unfair competition&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]The practitioner refrains from any unfair competition as well as any questioning of other PBA practitioners. If there is a dispute, the Disciplinary Committee will settle it.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 18 &#8211; Fee standardization&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_column_text]To avoid any unfair competition, an official rate will be established both for certified practitioners as well as those completing their training, it being understood that any practitioner may occasionally apply a conscience clause depending on the material situation of certain patients.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Article 1&#8243;
